Description:
ZLib has been a required library for Mesos and libprocess, and {{--disable-zlib}} is not working anymore so should be removed.
Also, when {{--with-zlib=DIR}} is specified, the protobuf build will fail because it does not support specifying a customized zlib path through {{--with-zlib}}.
