Testing Strategy for File Uploads?

Hi all,

I am currently trying to figure out how to test a file upload Turbine
Velocity page and a file download Turbine Velocity page. I was using Canoo
Webtest for much of my testing, but support for file upload/download testing
is missing. Is this something where I would want to use Cactus or some
other servlet framework? Any pointers/sample code would be much
appreciated!

I haven't tried it yet, but httpUnit handles file uploads.
http://httpunit.sourceforge.net. It also provides methods like
getContentType() and getContentLength() for testing the download portion.
