[VOTE] Release Apache Jackrabbit Oak 1.0.20

A candidate for the Jackrabbit Oak 1.0.20 release is available at:

The release candidate is a zip archive of the sources in:

A staged Maven repository is available for review at:

-1 Do not release this package because...

I just identified a regression introduced by OAK-2929. The issue
is described in OAK-3411. The issue occurs only in a cluster
with DocumentNodeStores and may reject commits because of a
wrongly identified conflict.

I suggest we do not release 1.0.20, revert the OAK-2929
changes and then create a new 1.0.21 release.
