RMB tarball

Hi,

I have uploaded a 'Road Map Branch' tarball below for the time being:

I have tried to dump some ideas into the road map and I will continue
this week as time permits along with more explanations.

I'm hoping that this week a few people will look and that by next week a
few people can start hacking together and get the ball rolling toward
1.0.
