I am happy to write the status, provided I know the following:

- what an appropriate project end goal would be for exiting incubation
- whether or not upstream feature integration issues should be a blocker for exiting incubation

(Some goals are obvious, e.g. putting together a build and delivery process for mod-authz-annotate, 
and setting up the end-user documentation.)
