base64

Hello,
We have xml tape with embedded pdf as base64 encoded. I need to extract
this pdf fragment and
serialize as text.
I think I need to decode binary xml fragment from base64 on the
serialization level.
Could you provide example what should I change in text serializer. Or
advise what the best solution for this.
