Going from the ems provider page on the nms website (http://activemq.apache.org/nms/apachenmsems.html) leads you to the download page for the provider (http://activemq.apache.org/nms/ems-downloads.html). The only listed binaries for download are version 1.1.0 and those links lead to mirrors and download pages where the links are broken:

poking around in the directory structure reveals that further up the binaries for NMS are there, as well as the binaries for activemq provider:
http://www-eu.apache.org/dist/activemq/apache-nms/1.7.0/

however, these binaries don't include the EMS provider. The source code for the provider are in source control (https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/activemq/activemq-dotnet/Apache.NMS.EMS/) which I was able to pick and get building. 

It would be helpful if the main website explained how to get the binaries, or, if there are reasons (tibco licensing) that the binaries can't be provided an explanation for others.
