New Release

Hello,

I have been using Axis2/C in this year in a "medium/big" project to build a
high-performance system in C++ that uses WebServices SOAP.
We found some bugs, and we have applied the Axis2/C unofficial corrections
and we did other corrections.

Despite some bugs, the Axis2/C is a great web services framework, and I
want to know, why the Axis2/C project was stopped?

I would be very happy with a new release of Axis2/C.
Any plans for it?
