this came up on the users list about autolearn/head vs body, etc.
I can't see a reason to consider the URIBL hits head as opposed to body, since they're from the URIs
listed in the body. I don't think this is a 3.0.0 blocker, so moving to the 3.0.1 queue for now. In
theory, it's a simple patch (s/^header/body/), but we can move it again if the situation is more
complex.
