[PR] Update to latest sbt-daffodil style [daffodil-schema.g8]

stevedlawrence opened a new pull request, #13:

   - Switch to recommended sbt project style and use of daffodilProject()
   - Change namespaced property to default to true since that is what most projects should use
   - Improve build.sbt comments and add additional commonly used settings
