template.error setting do not work

I am using tdk 3.0a1.  

I set 
        template.error=/Verror.vm

in tb.prop   

I want all the Errors will show on the  Verror.vm  screen.    The used to work on previous version of TDK.  But now it not works. 

Any suggestion?

I'll note the problem, but don't expect an alpha TDK to work like 2.x. I've
warned people and I'll warn you again.
