[Studio] Notice: Drop support for Java 8

Hi all,

with upgrade to the latest Eclipse version 2012-12 (4.18) [1] the
minimum required Java version is Java 11. That means Studio won't work
with Java 8 any more, even if there is still support and updates
provided by various vendors (AdoptOpenJDK, Zulu, AWS Coretto).

Kind Regards,
Stefan

And to clarify: That currently only applies to the Studio app. The code
itself is still Java 8 compatible and the compiler target is also still
configured to 1.8. So it should be possible to install the plugins via
the update site into an older Eclipse version that run with Java 8.
