New target's attribute

I added a new target's attribute(named "type") so you
cant specify the visibility.

In this case the target is "private" and you can�t run
it directly but you can call it from another target:

	<target name="telnetVIP" type="private">
		...
	</target>

C:\JDevWorkSpaces\ComunicacionBeta4\ant>ant telnetVIP
Buildfile: build.xml

BUILD FAILED
Private target(telnetVIP).

Total time: 0 seconds

I'm adding new types like "public", "protected", ...
