Problem with table line width

Hi,

've got a small question. I experience a problem with line width
in tables. I'm using the 'border-collapse="separate"' attribute
of the '<fo:table' element. I'll need this option so there is no
option of removing the attribute 'border-collapse="separate"'

As a result, in my PDF document I get the following result:

|		 ||		  |
|------------||-----------|
|------------||-----------|
|		 ||		  |
|------------|------------|

In other words, all the OUTER lines are single width, and all 
INNER lines are double width. Does anyone know if this is a bug
and / or how to fix this ?
