We've sped up many of the tests, thanks to the new testing abstractions. These numbers have now changed, so I would prefer to file individually, the current offenders:

[----------] 1 test from CgroupsIsolatorTest (10462 ms total)
[----------] 5 tests from ExamplesTest (12701 ms total)
[----------] 11 tests from SlaveRecoveryTest/1 (14748 ms total)
[==========] 231 tests from 47 test cases ran. (102449 ms total)
