   ### What happened
   
   When using postgres as the database, the timestamp field does not support on update current_timestamp, so the update time field needs to be manually set in the code

   1.2.4/dev

   1.8
   
   ### Flink Version
   
   1.13
   
   ### Scala Version of Flink
   
   2.11
   
   ### Error Exception
   
   ```log
