Fwd: Error copy/paste Apache Guacamole

Hello,

First of all, thanks for the good work that this software does.

We use Apache Guacamole last version 1.5.5 and we have published about 20
machines Windows 10 via RDP. The Apache Guacamole runs inside CentOS 9 with
Docker and is located on a ESXi server.

We connect from our personal computers to the Apache Guacamole. The problem
that we have is that sometimes the copy/paste between MV and our PC doesn't
work, but if we refresh or we copy/paste between our PC to MV they works
again. This issue doesn't follow a specific time pattern, it's random but
it happens too much.

Thanks for all,

Keep in mind that this is a community mailing list, not a commercial
support forum. I do not have any additional insight into the situation
you're running into - I'm not experiencing it in my environment, and the
fact that others have not chimed in to add either confirmation that they're
seeing the same thing, or that they've solved it in some way or another,
makes me think that it's some factor within your environment that is
causing it. That doesn't mean it isn't a Guacamole issue - it still could
be that you're running into a particular corner-case that triggers some
bug, but you're going to have to do some more investigation to see what's
causing it.

The only thing that comes to mind is that, if there is image data that is
part of the copy operation, when you switch to a Guacamole tab that will
effectively be unavailable, and may wipe out the data entirely when it
syncs with the local clipboard.

Hello,

Please, can you check the email? We need to resolve this issue, but we
don't know what we can do.

Thanks,

Thanks for replying to me.

I respond to the questions:
Can you define what happens when it "doesn't work?" Maybe answer some of
the following questions:

* When you say it doesn't work, is no data copied/pasted? Is it outdated?
Out of sync? No data pasted, when they work it goes super fast.
* Does it fail to work on the remote side, local side, or both? In the
remote, because it always works between the local and remote.
* Are there any error messages in the browser console when it stops
working? We are looking to see it, but don't show anything in the console.
* Are there any error messages on the Guacamole server when it stops
working? We search in all services, but 0 logs of the error. But
obviously we see the access logs of the users.
* If you activate the hidden menu (Ctrl-Alt-Shift), are you able to see the
text on that clipboard? Yes! in the hidden menu we see the text, but
doesn't copy to the remote MV.

I emphasize saying that when they don't work, if we copy in the remote and
we pasted to the local, then it works again.
And it is random the time that it works, but it usually fails every 1-3
mins, no more.

Regards,

Can you define what happens when it "doesn't work?" Maybe answer some of
the following questions:

Out of sync?
* Does it fail to work on the remote side, local side, or both?
