Re: [I] Async compaction conflict with consistent hashing bucket resizing (i.e., Clustering) [hudi]

This issue appears to be **resolved** on current `master`.

The `HoodieException: Earliest write inflight instant time must be later than compaction time` was thrown by `ScheduleCompactionActionExecutor` whenever an inflight write (e.g. a clustering `replacecommit`) had a timestamp earlier than the compaction instant. Commit [33e73d9](https://github.com/apache/hudi/commit/33e73d9deba96c45c5cf58a36f87258e0aa3f503) ([HUDI-7460](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUDI-7460), May 2024) replaced the hard `ValidationUtils.checkArgument` with a log message and `return Option.empty()`, so compaction scheduling is now simply skipped in that situation rather than failing the writer.

Additionally, for table version >= 8 this check is bypassed entirely (see `ScheduleCompactionActionExecutor.java` around line 91), since v8 uses completion-time-based file slicing.

If you can still reproduce the failure on a recent Hudi release (1.0.x+), please share the version, table version, and a stack trace and we can reopen. Otherwise this can be closed as resolved.
