Mavibot Partition fixed

Hi,

I just committed some fixes that make the mavibot parition happy.
Although runnng teh intergation tests with mavibot still need some more
work, as it seems like we are ot closing the partition after each test.
This is the next step for me.

Note that tests are passing when run atomically though.
