   You can change the `topic` config of kafka sink to solve this problem temporarily , I think there is a gap between the documentation and the code, in code this option be treated as `topics`, @CalvinKirs what we should do next? Change doc or change code, I think change code is a best solution because of kafka sink only can accept one topic, so `topics` is meaningless, what do you think about it?
