new commons-beanutils and commons-betwixt releases now available

new releases of commons-beanutils (1.6) and commons-betwixt (1.0 Alpha 1) 
are now available (downloadable from the usual apache mirrors on the 
jakarta download pages).

from what i can see, maven still relies on SNAPSHOTs and dated version for 
these components. i tested them (as well as i'm able) against maven CVS 
HEAD before they were released and i'm confident that they should work ok.
  so hopefully now it should be possible to replace these with dependencies 
on proper releases.
