export in default pub

Hallo again,

I'm pleased that the StaticHTMLExporter exports css files yet. But I'v seen 
that exported sites in default pub aren't able to acces css or image files 
cause the references are absolute pathes, e.g. '/css/page.css' or 
'/images/*'. The leading '/' shouldn't be there. I guess some expressions in 
'targets.xml' or 'tasks.conf' are wrong.
