   1. Please describe the issue you observed:
   
   - What did you do (The steps to reproduce)?
   When TraceDataEncoder encrypts/decrypts tracedata, there is no client information. The default data is used when decrypts tracedata, which is wrong.

   - What did you expect to see?
   The correct clientHost should be clientId
