Description:
The first time I start my app after rebooting my Android tablet, once a network connection has been acquired, my android app is being restarted. I see two calls to onCreate()
To reproduce:
1. Create default cordova app with default Android platform, install on tablet
2. Enable Airplane mode
3. Shut down tablet
4. Start tablet
5. Unlock tablet, go to app selection, start cordova app
6. Once finished loading, disable airplane mode
The app will turn black, then show the webpage again
