Looks like the doc got moved.

See the doc https://github.com/apache/hadoop-submarine/tree/master/docs The link to both installer doc are missing: "Use Submarine installer to install dependencies: EN CN" and the links point to  https://github.com/apache/hadoop-submarine/blob/master/submarine-installer/README.md

I think the correct URLs are moved to https://github.com/apache/hadoop-submarine/tree/master/dev-support/submarine-installer
