[ANNOUNCE] Welcome Steve Hughes as an OODT PMC Member/Committer

Hi Folks,

A while back I nominated Steve Hughes for OODT committership and PMC membership. The VOTE tallies in OODT PMC-ville have occurred and I'm happy to announce that Steve is now an OODT committer!

Steve, feel free to say a little bit about yourself, and, welcome aboard!

Welcome! Glad to have you aboard. You should update the oodt-core pom.xml and add yourself as a developer.
