General question

Hello,

I ran into an issue in my application :
I have a list of users stored in DB, that list is displayed in a contrib:table
component, and when one user is added the table is not updated too display the
new user. It made me ask (probably a stupid question) what was the best way to
deal with that?

Users will not change often, so it s probably not smart to look in the DB for
each  request but when a user is added it needs to be available, how do you
deal with that usually? Do you have like a timestamp somewhere that is giving
you the information that something has changed regarding some kind of entity.
