     * This patch **fails Spark unit tests**.
     * This patch merges cleanly.
     * This patch adds the following public classes _(experimental)_:
      * `public class JDBCUtils `
      * `          logWarning(s"Couldn't find class $driver", e);`
      * `  implicit class JDBCContext(sql: SQLContext) `
      * `  implicit class JDBCDataFrame(rdd: DataFrame) `
