[PR] build: allow java 26 [lucene]
rmuir opened a new pull request, #15932:

Since we aren't using any java 26 features, as far as I can see, everything works as expected (gradle, eclipse, etc). This just allows me to stop deferring that system package upgrade from 25->26 :)
