[users@httpd] mod_put tutorials?

Are there any good how-to's on mod_put? I'm building a site for my
girlfriend and would like to allow her (via http) to
upload/delete/manage her files from the web without resorting to FTP,
SSH, or TelNet. I'm running Apache 1.3.27 and RedHat 7.2

I have it installed already. There is no man page for it, and nothing in
httpd.conf other then it's entry in the modules conf section. I'll check
the web page again, but I didn't see any instructions on HOW to use it,
only what it could be used for.

Download the mod_dav code, as it has instructions there... and the web page
also does.

It should compile on Linux/FreeBSD, et al.

I dunno. I just wanna know how to use mod_dav so I can enable
uploading/downloading/management of websites via a web based interface.

I have mod_dav working. The code I have is mod_dav-1.0.3-1.3.6, and I
think it's a bit old, which makes me wonder if I've missed an update or if
it's been replaced with something else.

?

Thanks for the pointers. :)

There's a pretty good tutorial on ApacheToday.com right now, I think by
Martin Brown. I've also got an article at http://drbacchus.com/dav.html
Between the two of them, perhaps you can get it working.

Okay, after several hours of googling and then searching the TLDP's[0]
how-to archive, I discovered it's not mod_put I need, but mod_dav (which
I already have installed). After reading over the mod_dav website[1] I'm
still not any closer to being able to use it's features. Any pointers to
good articles/tutorials? I'm running Apache 1.3.27 on RedHat Linux 7.2

TIA
