Ambari Rolling Upgrade from HDP 2.4.0.0-71 to 2.4.0.0-86 and then downgrade failed on Hive WebHCat.

resource_management.core.exceptions.Fail: Execution of '/usr/hdp/current/hive-webhcat/sbin/webhcat_server.sh stop' returned 127. -bash: /usr/hdp/current/hive-webhcat/sbin/webhcat_server.sh: No such file or directory

 webhcat_server is missing from /usr/hdp/2.4.0.0-86/hive-hcatalog/sbin/
