[jira] [Updated] (FALCON-727) JQuery license is incorrectly mentioned in the header file

Srikanth Sundarrajan updated FALCON-727:

Following changes have been made in the patch.

1. License file update to refer to jquery's license (which has been added to docs/liencese)
2. jquery file has been updated to remove APL license header.
3. Error in license file relating to dust-helper has been fixed.
