[jira] [Commented] (MNGSITE-261) .htaccess file forces http: for several redirects

Michael Osipov commented on MNGSITE-261:
----------------------------------------

[~hboutemy], we can safely do that. [Documentation|https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/mod/mod_alias.html#redirect] says:

bq. The new URL may be either an absolute URL beginning with a scheme and hostname, or a URL-path beginning with a slash. In this latter case the scheme and hostname of the current server will be added.

> The Maven site .htaccess file [1] has a lot of Redirect entries that force the use of http: even for URLs that were originally https:
> That seems wrong; the redirect should use the same scheme as the original URL.
