New Fuseki2 and Skosmos install tutorial

Hi,

We've written a new tutorial for getting started with Fuseki2 and
Skosmos. It walks through installing these on an Ubuntu 14.04 (virtual)
server.

While this tutorial is focused on getting Skosmos running, the first
part, for installing Fuseki2 with jena-text and loading RDF data, should
be generic enough to be usable for other purposes as well.

Properly setting up Fuseki2 in a Linux server environment is rather
tricky if you want to follow FHS, because Fuseki insists on keeping the
both its configuration, databases and log files under FUSEKI_BASE. In
this tutorial we use symlinks so that configuration can be kept under
/etc but databases under /var/lib/fuseki and logs under /var/log/fuseki.
This makes the install a bit more "standard" from the perspective of
administrative tools, disk partitioning schemes etc.

This document became rather long and we have considered splitting it up
into several wiki pages. But for now it's just a single long page.

Any comments are welcome!
