Image support errors - Jimi

First, sorry not to have run tests. I've forgotten, really sorry.

Second, I've made a dependency on Jimi, but only when compiling and it can be
"worked around" with Ant. The Jimi implementation is only here to have
something that can work and to give an example. I'll try to use AWT for Gif /
Jpeg images. The best would be to use JAI.

But I repeat myself, it's alpha work. I need to improve the ImageFactory class
to use a configuration file, and to solve the "relative URLs" problem.

In fact, the problem come from the fact that FOP can be used on a "stand
alone" mode, or within a serlvet (Cocoon) : what is the base URL ? How to give
parameters to FOP (the configuration filename, by example) ?

For relative URLS, if I use an absolute path, it works fine (tested in
image.fo, replace file:../graphics/image.gif by
file:/home/eschaeffer/xml-fop/docs/graphic/image.gif).
For relative (file) URLs, I can't have it working...

I think URLs needs to be absolute, even for files. The question is then how to
know the base (or context) URL. In stand alone mode, and for file URLs, ok :
we can take the fo file URL. But when used within Cocoon ?

The problem is very similar for the configuration file. In add, I need to
associate file extensions to mime-type, and that's done in the web server
configuration...

Youps, I ran FOP on image.fo manually, not with Ant and I forgot to change the
path. Ok, file:../image.gif works.

But Jimi seems to have problems on JPEG images. I've tried it on several
files, and the JVM always stop...
