Jenkins builds stabilized with success

The last 3 Jenkins builds have been successful.  Hopefully the trend will continue. A 4th is running now. They’ve all been on different hosts so that’s encouraging.

I think there’s a lurking intermittent problem that testMultiTopologyPollWithError seems to encounter.  The test will now generate additional info if it happens so I hope that will be enough to figure it out, or at least lead to the next step.
