Thanks to Ye Fan for pointing out offline the 0.8 tag has issues. The maven build for xbaya is using multiple ant-run plugins once for preparing the jnlp lib files, than signing the jars and re-packging the signed jars. Maven does not like use of same pluggin multiple times within a single life cycle. This needs improvement.
