problems with file access

Hi all,

I made a SOAP service that should configurable via a properties file.
But i'm having difficulties in loading the properties as i always get a
java.io.FileNotFoundException whatever path i try (also full path)


Are there some security - paramters to be configured or so ???
If affirmative : ho do i do this ??
