This says that visitNameSignatureInstruction has been added to the
generic Visitor interface.
However, I cannot find it in the current code.

Also there is a new class

NameSignatureInstruction

which says it is "Super class for FieldOrMethod and INVOKEDYNAMIC"

However it is not.

Something seems wrong here.
