Yepp, I'm working on that. CLAs are filed, we are now working on the
code grant.
So I'll expect to have the paper work done real soon now.

I have setup the initial ACL (you) and SVN should be ready for use.  I
expect that the Mentors are working with the as yet non-ASF folks to take
care of CLAs, etc.
