   Hi @masaori335 . Reading the #8801 issue, it looks like this can be reproduced by a client and ATS proxy with a non-existent server. We could reproduce this setup in AuTest and make the Default process a Proxy Verifier client and have it talk with an ATS process configured against a non-existent server. Would that work?
   
   Otherwise, would some sort of 4xx or 5xx response from a Proxy Verifier server satisfy the need for it to refuse the request?
