[Issue 125625] Image anchored "to paragraph" does not print in pdf or print preview, but prints when anchored "as character"

I was able to successfully recreate the bug and see the difference between the
files.

FileWithoutImage.pdf has the placeholder image in place of the graph that is
supposed to be there like the description suggests. When I open the
FileWithoutImage.odt, I am able to see that the image actually shows up with
the anchor already set to "as character".

However, after a couple of minutes, the file changes by itself so that the
image is no longer visible. I was not able to right-click on the image either
when I tried to change its settings. This may be another issue to look into.
