This patch is an attempt at creating a conversion block similar to what Daniel
Fagerström has discussed

The conversion block can live by itself but the patch also includes changes to
CForm so that it can use the convertors from the conversion block. Currently
there are only two convertors implemented (DefaultDateConvertor and
CustomDateConvertor).

To test it out apply both patches start your servlet and then surf to:
http://localhost:8888/samples/blocks/forms/conversion/
