GSOC perl extension in server side

Hi all,
    I and my friend created a Perl extension for Axis2C for FOSS code 2006.
But that extension was done only for client side. Now I suppose to do it for
server side for GSOC 2007. Is there any problem with that or could you pls
give me some comments on that.
