Generally speaking, you should take problems like these to the forum first,
before coming here. The following tips should help you get your work done:

(1) Set the "Max consecutive hyphens" to 0 rather than 1.

(2) Use Optional Hyphens (Ctrl+hyphen, or Insert > Formatting mark > Optional
hyphen, whichever is convenient) to adjust line breaks. This is fast, and works
well: breaks, avoids Spellcheck errors (and Spellcheck is right), and adjusts
properly if the line-length subsequently changes.

(3) And/or use a local dictionary entry, like: pos=si=bil=i=ties where the
equal-signs mark the syllables (just like Optional Hyphens in the main text).
