   ah actually this is the limitation .. I can;t retrigger the test because it belongs to your repo :-) .. can you rebase and push it again? e.g.) `git checkout python-sql-row-type-annotation git fetch upstream && git rebase upstream master && git push origin python-sql-row-type-annotation`
