Hello,

I have gone through the Apache Drill project , source code and also fixed the bugs for its Python Dialect (SQL Alchemy based) to be used integrated in Apache Superset.Since , I have a decent understanding of the code base and internals (thanks to [~cgivre] ) , I would like to go ahead and contribute ORC support for Apache Drill.

Any previous discussions/ comments in this regard would be great for me to start with.
