Riftsaw project has included a working version of db scripts (include index) for hsql, mysql, postgres, oracle and sqlserver. it is at: http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/riftsaw/trunk/runtime/engine-assembly/src/main/resources/bpel-sql/
