Eroma reopened AIRAVATA-1833:
-----------------------------
Assignee: Marcus Christie (was: Shameera Rathnayaka)
When defining application interface outputs
If the output is added without a value and if its type of URI a randomly named link appears in the experiment summary under outputs. When clicked it throws an exception :
The file "/var/www/portals/gateway-user-data/dev-seagrid/deveroma2017/July_26_Experiments/_1501095924/" does not exist
When adding the interface may be these should be made mandatory if added.

> Espresso experiment failed at job level while experiment status is in EXECUTING.
> investigation led to discover that the output defend (except STDERR and STDOUT) did not have a value; hence job failed.
> Please validate these mandatory values in application interface at Airavata level.
> Also when a job fails experiment should fail; rather than having EXECUTiNG state which misleads gateway users.
