> * Fixes a sign error for buydown fee amortization/adjustment transactions (types 42/43) in the "Transaction Summary Report with Asset Owner". Adjustment (clawback) amounts were showing as positive instead of negative, overstating recognized fee income. Applied to the postgresql and mysql changesets (0254-1/2); the base changeset (0254-3, plain "Transaction Summary Report") doesn't include the amortization CTE so it only needed the re-age fix.
